"One time I was taking him and a friend to the park, and his friend had a slight walking problem. I didn’t even notice it, so I was walking pretty fast. He ran up to me, tapped me on the shoulder, and whispered: ‘Dad, will you please slow down?’ I’ll never forget that."
The Huffington Post conducts study confirming effectiveness of the Oil Pulling Method | Read the article here.
If you’ve been following me for awhile, you already know I swear by the Ayurvedic practice of Oil Pulling. It’s the morning ritual of chewing and swishing around a capful of natural oil in your mouth (for 15-20 min) to decrease the bacteria in your body. I have whiter teeth, fresher breath and way less visits to the dentist because of it. It decreases internal toxins, as well, making it extremely helpful for sufferers of asthma, allergies, sinus pressure, migraines, hangovers and an endless list of ailments!
The Huffington Post just posted a study “that showed oil pulling can decrease the bacteria associated with dental cavities.” In my video tutorial a few months back, I mentioned that Sesame Oil was way more effective than Coconut Oil. Having put both oils to the test for a few weeks, I could feel my body reacting more to the Sesame Oil. The study also confirmed my theory by explaining their test group results and finding, “Sesame oil experienced a five-fold decrease in bacteria while the coconut oil group experienced a two-fold decrease."
So happy they took the time to create test groups and confirmed it’s effectiveness! Just wanted to share with you guys in case you were still a bit skeptical.

Oh my! I am living this.
"You learn a lot of things being the quiet one. And at some point, you start to think: ‘I feel like I can lead people.’ But then you say: ‘But who would follow me? I’m just the quiet one.’"
So true and well said!
